We would also like to share a few simple ideas to help you to maintain a “good attitude”:

  • Every morning, when you wake up, take 3 or 4 deep breaths
  • Stretch to your full extent for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Take some time to massage your face, even if you can only manage 2 or 3 minutes when applying your make-up remover or day cream.
  • Stand up straight
  • Tell yourself that every minute is a delight and savor it - the warm water of the shower on your skin, the aroma of your tea or coffee, even the sound of the rain, the birds singing, etc.
  • Always make plans, however small, as these will motivate you and carry you forward
  • Smile at yourself in the mirror
  • If you are feeling stressed, take a few slow, deep breaths
  • Take time for yourself, for music, shopping, lunch with a friend and other things that you truly enjoy.
